Política de reembolso y cancelación

At Pixel Digital (operated by REMOROCCO LLC), we are committed to customer satisfaction with our 100% Activation Guarantee on all genuine software licenses and digital products.

1. 100% Activation Guarantee

Every license key and digital product sold on Pixel Digital is authentic and tested. If a key is defective, invalid, or fails to activate despite following our official activation instructions:

  • Our support team will assist you in diagnosing and resolving the issue.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, we will provide a replacement license key or issue a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

2. Cancellation Before Delivery

  • Instant Digital Delivery: Because activation codes and credentials are transmitted immediately upon payment confirmation, instant orders cannot be cancelled once the key has been revealed or dispatched.
  • Manual Fulfillment Orders: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before our team has begun processing or dispatched your license or credentials.

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To submit a warranty or refund claim:

  1. Contact our customer support team on WhatsApp, Telegram, or via our contact page.
  2. Provide your Order ID, purchase date, and the email or phone number associated with the order.
  3. Include a clear screenshot or photograph showing the error code received during the activation process.

Our team reviews refund requests within 24 to 48 business hours. Approved refunds are processed promptly to the original method of payment.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The customer purchased an incompatible product due to unsupported operating systems or hardware specifications that were clearly stated on the product page.
  • The product key was successfully activated on the customer's device.
  • The refund request was submitted more than 30 days after the delivery date.
